These terms apply to www.cngoshen.com and to the ways you can contact us through it or through our social and messaging channels. They are provided by Jiaxing Goshen Hardware Co., Ltd. (“Goshen”, “we”, “us”).

By using our website, or by sending us an enquiry through any of our channels, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or contact us through those channels.

2. Our channels

You can reach us through our website forms, by email, and through our Facebook Page, our Instagram account and our WhatsApp Business number. We operate a Facebook application called Goshen ERP Bot, which we use to receive and answer enquiries sent to those channels.

3. Enquiries and quotations

• An enquiry made through our website or messaging channels is an invitation to discuss, not a binding order.
• Prices, lead times and availability given in any reply — including any automated reply — are indicative only. A quotation becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing, for example in a proforma invoice or an order confirmation.
• Products are supplied to the standard, material, dimensions and surface finish stated in that written confirmation. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the normal manufacturing tolerances for the relevant standard apply.
• Delivery, payment, inspection and warranty conditions are those stated in the order confirmation or in the contract between us. Nothing published on this website overrides those documents.

4. Automated and AI-assisted replies

Some messages and comments receive an automated first response, so that you get an answer quickly, including outside our working hours.

• Automated replies do not contain prices, lead times or contractual terms. Those are always confirmed by a member of our sales team.
• Where an automated draft is prepared for our staff, the recent message text of your conversation may be processed by a third-party AI language-model service, for that purpose only. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• You may ask to speak to a person at any time, and we may also hand a conversation to a member of staff without being asked.

5. Content you send us

You are responsible for the content you send us. Please do not send us content that is unlawful, misleading or abusive, or that infringes the rights of someone else, and do not use our channels to send unsolicited advertising. You confirm that you have the right to share anything you send us, and you give us permission to use it for the purpose of answering your enquiry and fulfilling any order that results from it.

6. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or to any system behind it, not to interfere with its normal operation, and not to extract content from it at scale (including by automated scraping) without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, photographs, drawings, specifications and logos — belongs to us or to the parties who licensed it to us. You may use it to evaluate and purchase our products. You may not republish it as your own, or use it for commercial purposes, without our written permission.

8. Third-party platforms

Our Facebook Page, our Instagram account and our WhatsApp Business number are provided on platforms operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

9. Availability

We keep this website available as a convenience. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on information published on it before that information is confirmed in writing. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the rights you have under the contract for any goods you buy from us.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes relating to them are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, China. This does not affect any right you may have, under mandatory consumer law, to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force, and the date of the last update is shown below.
