•Our fastener quality control (QC) and inspection process adheres to ISO 9001 standards and implements a three-stage full-cycle monitoring system,fully reassuring our customers of product reliability:

Incoming Raw Material Inspection:Prior to production, all raw materials (including carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel wires/rods,special materials and brass) undergo strict verification. We check material certificates for compliance with grade requirements, conduct hardness tests and chemical composition analysis, and inspect surface conditions for rust, cracks, or impurities. Only materials that pass 100% of these checks are allowed to enter the production line.

 •In-process Quality Monitoring:During the forming, threading, heat treatment, and plating processes, dedicated QC inspectors carry out real-time sampling inspections at fixed intervals. Key checks include:

Dimensional accuracy: Using precision gauges (calipers, thread gauges, micrometers) to verify fastener length, diameter, thread pitch, and head size against drawing specifications.
Heat treatment effect: Testing tensile strength, yield strength, and toughness to ensure the fastener meets mechanical performance requirements for its intended application.

Surface treatment quality: Checking plating thickness, uniformity, and adhesion to prevent corrosion risks.
Any non-conforming semi-finished products are immediately isolated and disposed of to avoid mixing with qualified products.

•Finished Product Final Inspection & Certification
After production, each batch of fasteners undergoes a comprehensive final inspection:
•100% visual inspection: Checking for surface defects such as burrs, deformation, or plating defects.
•Sampling mechanical testing: Conducting torque tests, pull-out tests, and fatigue tests to validate long-term performance.
•Packaging verification: Ensuring proper labeling (batch number, material grade, specifications) and secure packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
•Only batches that pass all inspections receive a certificate of conformance, which is provided to customers along with the shipment.
