Data Deletion Instructions

Jiaxing Goshen Hardware Co., Ltd. ("Goshen", "we") operates the Goshen ERP Bot application, which we use to receive and reply to enquiries sent to our Facebook Page, Instagram account and WhatsApp Business number.

If you would like us to delete the personal information we hold about you, please follow the instructions below.

1. How to submit a deletion request

Send an email to info@cngoshen.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", and include:

• the platform you used to contact us (Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp);
• the display name or handle you used;
• if possible, the approximate date of your message, or a link to the message thread or comment.

If you have more than one account or channel, please tell us which ones you want removed.

2. What we will delete

Once we have confirmed your identity sufficiently to act on your request, we will delete:

• the messages and comments you sent to us, together with our replies, from our systems;
• your platform user identifier and display name as stored in our systems;
• any contact details or business information we recorded about you from that conversation.

3. What we may need to keep

We may retain a limited record where we are legally required to do so — for example, tax, accounting or customs records relating to an actual purchase, or information we must keep to defend a legal claim. Where we keep anything, we keep only what is required and for no longer than the law requires. We may also keep anonymised statistics that no longer identify you.

4. How long it takes

We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless we need to ask you for clarification first.

5. Content held by Meta or the platforms

We can only delete information stored in our own systems. Messages you sent through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp also exist on those platforms, and Meta controls those copies. To remove our access to your account, or to delete the underlying platform data, please use the platform's own tools:

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → find "Goshen ERP Bot" → Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites (or Website permissions) → find "Goshen ERP Bot" → Remove.
• WhatsApp: you can block or report our business number from within the app, or send us the word "stop" to opt out of further messages.

Meta also provides its own data deletion request tool; where applicable we will honour requests we receive through it.

6. Opting out of messages

You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by replying "stop" (or "退订") to the conversation, or by emailing us at info@cngoshen.com. This does not affect records we are legally required to keep.
