This product is a 2205 duplex stainless steel hexagonal round head screw (commonly known as cup head hexagonal bolt or round head hexagonal screw in the industry), which is a high-end fastener specially designed for extreme working conditions such as high corrosion, high load, and high salt spray. The product uses 2205 duplex stainless steel (national standard grade 022Cr23Ni5Mo3N, ASTM A182 F51) as the core base material. 2205 dual-phase stainless steel has an austenite + ferrite dual-phase structure, with PREN (corrosion resistance equivalent) ≥ 35. Its resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion is more than twice that of 316 stainless steel. It can work stably in extreme corrosive environments such as high salt spray, high chloride ions, and strong acids and alkalis; at the same time, its tensile strength ≥ 655 MPa, yield strength ≥ 450 MPa, which is twice that of ordinary 304/316 stainless steel. It can withstand extremely high loads, perfectly solving the problems of easy corrosion and deformation of ordinary stainless steel in high-corrosion and heavy-load scenarios, and is non-magnetic, meeting the standards for high-end industrial use.
Round head with embossing + internal hexagon structure, excellent anti-slip installation
Strictly following the international standard GB/T 70.1 (ISO 4762, DIN 912), the round head has an embossed anti-slip design. When tightened, it increases friction to avoid slipping, suitable for precise control of manual/electric tools; the internal hexagon drive structure can achieve embedded assembly, not occupying additional installation space, and perfectly adapting to narrow spaces and automated batch assembly scenarios.

The product undergoes 1050-1100℃ solution heat treatment + acid washing passivation treatment, eliminating internal stress, optimizing the ratio of dual-phase structure, maximizing the anti-corrosion performance and mechanical properties; the surface has high smoothness, no oxide scale, no scratches, a shiny appearance, and enhances corrosion resistance, reduces stress concentration, and extends product service life.
