This series of stainless steel non-standard customized shaft components are one-piece carved non-standard fasteners specially designed for special working conditions in equipment, machinery, tooling, etc. They cover two core structures:
Ball head bolt: The top is a smooth hemispherical structure, combined with a hexagonal transition shoulder and standard threaded rod body, featuring both connection and universal / guiding functions;
Step shaft shoulder bolt: The hexagonal head + step positioning shoulder + standard threaded rod body are integrated in one design, enabling precise axial positioning and locking of components.
The product is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, formed by CNC machining as a single piece, with a smooth and clean surface without burrs. The dimensional accuracy can reach ±0.01mm, and the threads are processed by precise rolling, with regular tooth profiles and strict tolerance control. They are perfectly compatible with standard nuts, have tight engagement without slippage, and are the dedicated core fasteners for customized connections and positioning in industrial equipment, tooling fixtures, and mechanical transmission scenarios.

Using 304 stainless steel material with a chromium content of 18%-20%, the surface is treated with passivation, resistant to salt fog, acid and alkali corrosion, not afraid of outdoor, humid, and coastal high humidity salt fog environment, long-term use does not rust or corrode, significantly reducing the later maintenance and replacement costs.

The structure is formed by integrating with a CNC turning equipment, with a size accuracy of IT7 level, coaxiality and roundness errors are extremely small, thread accuracy reaches 6g level, suitable for equipment and tooling with assembly accuracy requirements, ensuring component assembly accuracy and operational stability.
