This product is a 321 stainless steel thin hexagonal nut (also known as 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel flat hexagonal nut, ultra-thin locking nut), which is a high-performance industrial fastener specially designed for harsh working conditions such as high temperature, corrosion, and limited installation space. The product is made with 321 austenitic stainless steel (national standard designation 1Cr18Ni9Ti, ASTM A193 B6T) as the core base material. It is formed through precise cold heading, tapping, solution heat treatment, and passivation anti-rust processes. On the basis of 304 stainless steel, titanium elements are added to completely solve the intergranular corrosion problem of ordinary stainless steel at temperatures ranging from 400 to 900 degrees Celsius. It has excellent corrosion resistance and outstanding high-temperature resistance, and is equipped with an ultra-thin hexagonal structure. It provides stable, long-lasting, and safe connection and fastening solutions for scenarios with limited space such as boilers, chemical plants, automotive exhaust systems, aerospace, etc.
321 stainless steel exclusive material, with superior heat resistance and intergranular corrosion resistance
321 stainless steel is a titanium-containing austenitic stainless steel. The titanium element fundamentally inhibits intergranular corrosion, enabling long-term stable operation at temperatures around 800℃. Its anti-oxidation and anti-warping properties far exceed those of 304/316 stainless steel. It also possesses excellent acid and alkali resistance, salt fog resistance, and anti-corrosion properties, allowing for long-term use in complex environments such as chemical plants, coastal areas, and humid conditions. It is non-magnetic, non-toxic, and harmless, meeting the standards for high-end industrial use.
Ultra-thin hexagonal structure, exclusive for space-constrained scenarios
Designed strictly in accordance with the international standard GB/T 6172.1 (ISO 4035, DIN 439), the thickness is approximately half that of standard hexagonal nuts, perfectly adapting to scenarios with limited installation space and strict height restrictions for nuts. It does not occupy additional installation space while retaining the standard hexagonal driving structure, suitable for universal wrenches and socket installations.
High-precision tapping process, tight fit and uniform force
Using a fully automatic precision tapping process, the thread accuracy reaches 6H grade. The teeth are full, without burrs or slippage, and mesh tightly with the same specification 321 stainless steel bolts, distributing force evenly, with excellent anti-loosening and shock resistance performance. It can withstand long-term vibration and impact loads, avoiding the risk of loosening and detachment, ensuring long-term stability of the connection.
Solution annealing process, dual improvement of performance and lifespan
The product undergoes 1000-1100℃ solution heat treatment + rust prevention treatment, eliminating internal stress, optimizing the metallographic structure, and maximizing the anti-intergranular corrosion, high-temperature resistance, and mechanical properties. The surface has high smoothness, no oxide layer, no scratches, strong appearance texture, and enhanced corrosion resistance, reducing stress concentration, and extending the product's lifespan.
Full specification coverage, customized service
Covering the full range of M3-M24 thread specifications, while also supporting non-standard customization. Customized special threads, fine teeth, thickened/ultra-thin hexagonal nuts can be provided according to customer requirements, meeting the personalized fastening needs of high-temperature equipment and space-constrained scenarios.

Supports customized non-standard specifications. Special threads, special sizes, thickened / ultra-thin hexagonal nuts can be customized according to customer requirements. At the same time, compatible 321 stainless steel bolts and washers of the same specification can be provided to meet the personalized fastening needs of high-temperature equipment and scenarios with limited space.
Petrochemical industry
Equipment such as oil refining units, chemical reactors, transportation pipelines, and heat exchangers are securely connected. 2205 and 2507 duplex steel perform exceptionally well in media containing hydrogen sulfide and chloride ions; 904L is suitable for non-oxidizing acid environments such as sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid.
Marine engineering
Offshore oil platforms, seawater desalination devices, and ship equipment. 2507 super duplex steel has excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in seawater environments and is the preferred material for marine engineering fasteners.
Nuclear energy
Nuclear island equipment, conventional island equipment, and flue gas desulfurization devices. 660 precipitation hardening steel is used for high-temperature and high-pressure components; 321 stainless steel is used for pipeline systems. rail traffic
High-speed rail, subway vehicle and track infrastructure construction. The products possess high strength, fatigue resistance, vibration resistance and other characteristics, ensuring operational safety.
Environmental protection equipment
Equipment for desulfurization and denitrification of flue gas, sewage treatment, and waste incineration. 317L and 904L have excellent corrosion resistance in environments containing chlorine-containing waste gas and acidic wastewater.
