• Finish: Electro-zinc plated 5–8 µm, clear trivalent Cr(VI)-free passivation; white or yellow thick-film optional.
• Head Style: Standard hexagon head DIN 933 / ISO 4017 (ANSI B18.2.1), 17–41 mm AF across flats.
• Thread: Full thread 6 g / 2 A tolerance, metric coarse (M6–M24) or UNC (¼″–1″), right-hand.
• Length: 10 mm–300 mm (½″–12″) under head; other lengths on request.
• Hardness: 22–32 HRC core, 300–380 HV surface after heat-treatment.
• Temperature Range: –50 °C to +300 °C without strength reduction (plain); –50 °C to +250 °C (zinc).
• Magnetic: Fully magnetic; suitable for magnetic pick-up tools.
