Material

310S (2520) is a high-nickel high-chromium austenitic heat-resistant steel, with a nickel content of 19-22% and a chromium content of 24-26%. Its outstanding oxidation resistance enables it to operate stably for a long time in high-temperature environments above 1000℃.

This product is a 310S stainless steel hexagonal bolt (also known as 2520 stainless steel hexagonal head screw, high-temperature resistant hexagonal screw), which is a high-end industrial fastener specially designed for extreme working conditions such as ultra-high temperature, strong oxidation, and high corrosion. The product uses 310S austenitic stainless steel (national standard designation 06Cr25Ni20Si2, ASTM A276 310S) as the core base material. It is manufactured through multiple processes including precise hot forging, thread rolling, solution heat treatment, and passivation for rust prevention. It possesses industry-leading high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance properties. It can operate stably and reliably in an ultra-high temperature environment of over 1000℃. 310S stainless steel exclusive material, superior high-temperature oxidation resistance

310S stainless steel is a high-nickel-chromium austenitic stainless steel with a nickel content of ≥20% and a chromium content of ≥25%. It can work continuously in an ultra-high temperature environment ranging from 800 to 1150℃. Its oxidation resistance is more than three times that of 304/316 stainless steel, completely solving the pain points of ordinary stainless steel such as oxidation, deformation, and strength attenuation at high temperatures; it also has excellent acid and alkali resistance, sulfur corrosion resistance, and anti-warping performance, and can be used in complex environments such as chemical industries and high-temperature flue gas, without magnetism, meeting the standards for high-end industrial use.

Standard external hexagonal structure, convenient and efficient installation

Designed strictly in accordance with the international standards of GB/T 5783 (ISO 4017, DIN 933), with a standard hexagonal head shape, it is compatible with universal wrenches, sockets, and power tools, requiring no special installation tools. The product undergoes 1100-1150℃ solid solution heat treatment + passivation anti-rust treatment, eliminating internal stress, optimizing the microstructure, and maximizing the high-temperature oxidation resistance and mechanical properties; the surface has high smoothness, no oxide scale, no scratches, a shiny appearance, and enhanced corrosion resistance, reducing stress concentration, and extending the product lifespan.
